Estimated Shipping Timelines
Orders placed before 3pm MST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.
For standard shipping, orders will typically arrive 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
For economy shipping, orders will typically arrive 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email..
You’ll need the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used to place the order. Or you can log into your account and start a return from the order in your Order History. If you prefer, you may contact a Gearhead for assistance by mail:hello@newduffel.com

You’ll have the option to print this label after creating a return, or you can receive the label in an email after a Gearhead generates a return or exchange for you.

Tape it to the outside of your return package
Take it to a FedEx drop off location at your convenience.
The $8.99 price for the label will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for the return of your new or used items. If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, the $8.99 fee for the FedEx shipping label will be waived.
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to Switzerland or states in the EU or EEA.
If a competitor has an item available online at a lower final price (after any tax and shipping costs), we will beat the product price by 5%.
